ALGAE-X® Automated Fuel Filtering Systems (STS) are fully-automated, stand-alone fuel conditioning systems designed to recondition and stabilize fuel, eliminate and prevent microbial contamination and remove water, sludge and contaminants from fuel storage tanks.
These fuel management systems have been designed to provide reliable fuel for building management, data centers, and mission critical power generation. STS systems are monitored by programmable, certified smart filtration controllers equipped with automatic alarm and system shut-down functions for flow interruption, high filter pressure, high vacuum, water detection, and in-cabinet leak sensors. STS systems are easily integrated with existing building management systems. The STS easily preserves the integrity of stored fuel, providing reliable power whenever it is needed.
Fuel Polishing Systems
ALGAE-X® Fuel Polishing Systems (FPS) keep diesel fuel in “pristine condition” providing the dual capability of fuel polishing and fuel transfer while eliminating fuel “algae” issues, clogged filters and tank sludge to provide optimal fuel quality for peak engine performance and reliability at all times.
The Smart FPS Series are fully automated programmable fuel optimization systems functioning as on board tank cleaning, fuel polishing & transfer systems for tanks of vessels, generators, and heavy equipment. The system can be easily installed on existing vessels or engineered into new construction for maximum fuel efficiency.
MTC Mobile Tank Cleaners
ALGAE-X® Mobile Tank Cleaner Systems (MTC) are three and four-stage mobile tank cleaning systems that recondition, stabilize and decontaminate diesel fuel, bio-diesel, and light hydraulic fluids by efficiently removing water, sludge, and sediments that naturally accumulate in fuel storage tanks.
MTC systems are built on a compact design of industrial components for maximum mobility to be deployed at various fuel storage facilities to clean and restore fuel to its “Clear & Bright” condition. The MTC fuel cleaning and conditioning system makes engines more fuel efficient, reduces smoke and emissions, and lowers operation downtime. MTCs are used in applications around the world such as oil platforms, fuel service stations, stand-by generators, heavy equipment, and marinas. The Algae-X MTC-HC-5 Skid Mounted Tank Cleaning System is our new modular system with a variety of configurations & options that can be custom engineered for your high capacity fuel maintenance requirements on large fuel storage tanks.
